What do you need & deserve?

Many of us have challenges with day to day living. Life happens and it can happen far too often either because of relationship strain, loss, transitions and more. There are also societal and our own self inflicted pressures. What about COVID and its impact? Most of us have been raised to take care of everyone else at our own expense. It isn't healthy and can cause emotional, mental, physical and spiritual havoc on our lives. Are you modeling good coping skills for your loved ones? Our stressors can act as contagions impacting ourselves and those we care about most. You may be putting yourself at risk at work. Are you burning out? Maybe you have challenges with anxiety, divorce, life transitions, grief and loss, ADHD,  relationship or familial issues, or general stress management. What about anger management? Whether you want to just process and do a deeper dive, problem solve and/or  learn coping skills in a safe, non judgmental environment, you may be a good fit. Linda provides therapy primarily via a telehealth model to save you time and energy (and even gas money!). There are only 24 hours  in a day. Linda wants you to make every moment count so that you can take care of yourself and others and still have time to breathe. She has limited afternoon availability for in-person to give people options.
